Cancellation Policy
When booking any package or submitting payment, you agree to the following: All Sales Final: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Project Timelines: Timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays in feedback or communication from the client will extend the project. Revisions: Each service includes one round of revisions. Additional edits will be billed separately. Payment Plans: If you’re on a payment plan, each installment is due by the date stated on your invoice. If payment isn’t made within 5 days — and no prior communication or approved extension is made — the plan will be canceled and the project paused. To restart, you’ll be required to pay the full current package price upfront. Client Responsibilities: You’re responsible for providing all materials, feedback, and approvals on time. Ownership: Final deliverables are yours after full payment is received. All raw or working files remain the property of Creative Ctrl. No Refunds / No Exchanges: Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are final. By submitting payment, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these terms.
